Je passe en coup de vent poster une recette…car Si-bon me manque…mais je n’ai pas le temps de m’y attarder ces jours…puisque j’ai d’autres textes à rédiger, hum hum. Alors en passant hop ni vu ni connu, voilà une salade très savoureuse pour gourmands pressés !

Recette pour deux personnes

Ingrédients

  • 250g de blancs de poulet
  • 4 grosses poignées de salades diverses (type pommée, ruccola, jeunes pousses d’épinard)
  • une petite poignée d’herbes fraîches (ce soir persil plat, 2 tiges d’ail des ours,mais aussi ciboulette etc…)
  • 1oignon frais (ou dit ,,de printemps’’) entier, blanc et vert compris

Sauce minceur…euh??! Je ne sais pas, appelez-la comme vous voudrez ! Mais mmh…un régal pour tout amateur de citron 

  • 3cs de yaourt de brebis/ vache nature
  • 3cs pleine de jus de citron (une petite moitié de citron)
  • 1/4cc de sel
  • poivre
  • 1cs d’huile d’olive

 

Marche à suivre 

  1. Faire revenir à feu vif le poulet émincé dans un peu d’huile d’olive dans une poêle 4-5min, puis retourner les morceaux, baisser le feu et laisse cuire encore 4 min. Il doit être bien doré. Enlever du feu, assaisonner d’un peu de sel et de poivre, remuer, laisser refroidir.
  2. Préparer la sauce dans un grand saladier: mélanger tous les ingrédients sauf l’huile, mélanger, puis ajouter l’huile.
  3. Laver et préparer les diverses salades. Couper l’oignon en rondelles (jusqu’au 2/3 des tiges vertes, hacher grossièrement les herbes fraîches.
  4. Tout mélanger avec la sauce et se régaler ! Pour un repas plus consistant, servir avec quelques belles tranches de pain toastées…

Ajouter à la salade quelques tomates cerises coupées en deux, dés de poivrons rouges etc…
