Taaaaaartiiiiiiiiifleeeeeeette!!

C’est ma belle-soeur qui m’a donné envie de faire ce plat récemment… La tartiflette, un grand classique de nos voisins savoyards mais que je n’avais personnellement jamais encore préparé. Une après-midi de pluie au milieu de ces belles journées printanières et hop j’ai concrétisé l’affaire. Miam! C’est tout simple et si bon! Le petit must… un bon verre de rouge (Gamaret-Garanoir des Côtes de Bonvillars) et une salade de doucette pour la touche de saison!

Recette pour 4 personnes

Ingrédients

  • 1 kg de pommes de terre
  • 300 g de lardons fumés
  • 1 reblochon fermier (celui-ci devra peser idéalement aux alentours de 400 grammes)
  • 2 oignons jaunes
  • Poivre
  • (Pour la version non allégée: crème fraîche et beurre :-)

Marche à suivre

  1. Éplucher les patates et les découper en lamelles (ou dés) d’environ 5 mm à 1 cm d’épaisseur. Les faire cuire à la vapeur dans une casserole environ 10 minutes en surveillant la cuisson. Planter la pointe d’un couteau dans la chair, si celle-ci fend facilement les patates, c’est qu’elles sont cuites. Mettre de côté.
  2. Parallèlement, émincer les oignons. Les faire dorer dans une poêle dans un peu d’huile (ou du beurre, à vous de voir!). Rajoutez ensuite les lardons fumés en les laissant suer un peu avant d’éteindre le feu. Ajouter les pommes de terre et mélanger.
  3. Prendre le reblochon et le sectionner en deux dans le sens de l’épaisseur de façon à avoir deux disques de fromage
  4. Déposer le tout dans un plat à gratin puis couvrir avec les deux disques de fromage, la face liquide en-dessous.
  5. Cuire dans le four préchauffé à 180°C jusqu’à ce que le fromage ait bien fondu et gratiné.
  6. Poivrer et servir aussitôt avec un peu de salade!
