Vous y croyez?! Lil publie une recette!! Ohlala… Ca fait trop longtemps que je ne l’ai pas fait, j’en suis désolée!! Mais j’ai une bonne excuse: j’attends un heureux événement pour la fin de l’année et du coup entre les nausées, les coups de fatigue et la vie bien rythmée de jeune maman, je n’ai pas trouvé beaucoup d’énergie et de temps pour me consacrer à Si Bon ces derniers mois. Heureusement, nous avons pu compter sur Ségo la new-yorkaise! Merci soeurette!

Bref… La recette que je vous livre est un classique de ma belle-soeur. Cela fait plusieurs années que je me régale de son mille feuilles aux grandes occasions, mais je n’en avais encore jamais fait. Comme nous étions invités à un mariage le week-end dernier et que nous étions chargés d’amener un dessert, j’avais envie de faire quelque chose “qui en jette”. Le résultat était très réussi, bien que la photo ne le montre pas vraiment – je n’avais que mon téléphone sous la main- et il n’en est pas resté une miette! A vous de jouer!

Recette pour un beau grand mille feuilles

Ingrédients

  • 3 rouleaux de pâte feuilletée rectangulaires
  • 5 dl de crème entière
  • 2 sachets de 100g pour la préparation de crème pâtissière (pour la version home made, voir ici)
  • 750 g de framboises (elles peuvent sans autre être dégelées)

Marche à suivre

  1. Abaisser chaque rouleau de pâte feuilletée sur une plaque à gâteau.
  2. Dans un four préchauffé à 180°C, faire cuire les abaisses de pâte tour à tour entre 10 et 15 min. en surveillant la cuisson. La pâte doit devenir légèrement brune et doit être sèche. Laisser refroidir.
  3. Pendant ce temps, fouetter la crème entière dans un grand bol au batteur  et préparer la crème pâtissière dans un autre selon les instructions sur l’emballage ou selon la recette suivie.
  4. Incorporer la crème fouettée à la crème et réserver le mélange.

Conception du mille feuilles

  1.
