Légumes anciens rôtis au miel

Topinambours, panais and co sont bien présents ces jours sur nos étals et on ne sait pas forcément comment les apprêter. Voici une recette ultra ultra simple mais oh combien délicieuse!! Mes 4 cops qui étaient présentes le soir où j’ai cuisiné ces légumes rôtis au miel ne diront pas le contraire puisque ce sont elles qui ont insisté pour que je publie la recette…Je leur avais aussi promis la recette du risotto légèrement parfumé au citron qui accompagnait ces légumes…mais pour celui-ci encore un peu de patience!!!

Voici donc la recette que j’ai trouvée dans la bible Légumes faciles dont j’ai un peu adapté la recette originale.*

Recette pour 2 personnes en accompagnement

Ingrédients

  • 150g de carottes
  • 150g de panais
  • 150g de topinambours
  • 2 cs d’huile d’olive
  • 1 cs bombée de miel
  • sel, poivre
  • 3 branches de thym
  • 3 gousses d’ail en chemise**
Marche à suivre
  1. Préchauffer le four à 210°.
  2. Eplucher les légumes, couper-les en gros bâtonnets. Attention, les carottes mettent plus de temps à cuire, il faut donc faire des bâtonnets plus fins. Vous pouvez laisser les petits topinambours entiers.
  3. Faire chauffer l’huile d’olive et le miel dans un plat à gratin sur un plaque. Retirer du feu puis ajouter les légumes et le thym. Saler et poivrer généreusement. Bien mélanger, de sorte que les légumes soient enrobés de l’huile d’olive au miel. Ajouter les gousses d’ail avec leur peau. Enfourner.
  4. Faire cuire 40-50min au four en remuant régulièrement.
  5. Au sortir du four, presser 1-2 gousses d’ail pour en extraire la pulpe (qui sera délicieusement confite), mélanger délicatement et servir aussitôt.
  6. Servir avec un risotto au citron ou un beau poule rôti ou une viande rouge  et se régaler.

    When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I recieve four emails with the same comment. Is there an easy method you are able to remove me from that service? Cheers.
