- 110 gr de beurre à température ambiante
- 100 gr de sucre
- 100 gr de sucre brun
- 1 oeuf
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
- 190 gr de farine
- 1 cc de levure chimique
- 3 cs d’eau tiède
- 1 pincée de sel
- 160 gr de pépites de chocolat
- 60 gr de noix de Macadamia hachées
1. Préchauffez le four à 180° C.
2. Fouettez ensemble le beurre, le sucre blanc, le sucre vanillé ainsi que le sucre brun jusqu’à consistance crémeuse.
3. Ajoutez l’oeuf et continuez à battre quelques instants.
4. Mélangez, dans un petit bol, la levure chimique avec l’eau tiède, puis incorporez-la au mélange.
5. Ajoutez la farine ainsi qu’une pincée de sel.
6. Cessez de battre et ajoutez les pépites de chocolat ainsi que les noix hachées et mélangez. Il est important de faire cette dernière opération à la main, sous peine de briser les pépites en petits morceaux.
7. Dressez à l’aide de 2 cuillères à café, sur une plaque recouverte de papier de cuisson, des boulettes de la taille d’une balle de ping pong. Espacez-les d’une dizaine de centimètres environ.
8. Cuire 10 minutes au milieu du four, jusqu’à ce que les bords soient légèrement bruns.
9. Retirez la plaque et laissez refroidir une dizaine de minutes.
Notes
Il est important de laisser refroidir les biscuits sur la plaque, vous n’arriveriez pas à les manipuler immédiatement.
Si les biscuits ne vous semblent pas suffisamment cuits, c’est normal. C’est ce qui permettra de les garder moelleux à l’intérieur.
Selon vos goûts, vous pouvez employer des noix de pécan, des noix classiques, des raisins secs.
Se conserve plusieurs jours dans une boîtes hermétique.
