Recette pour 2 personnes
Ingrédients
- 200 g d’épinards frais lavés
- 150 g de ricotta
- 75 g de gruyère râpé
- 1 oignon rouge coupé finement
- 4 feuilles de brick
- sel et poivre
- un peu de beurre ou d’huile d’olive
Marche à suivre
- Faire revenir l’oignon dans un peu d’huile d’olive. Ajouter les épinards et un filet d’eau. Laisser fondre gentiment pendant 2-3 minutes.
- Dans une terrine, mélanger la ricotta, le gruyère, le sel et le poivre. Ajouter les épinards et remuer le tout.
- Déposer 2-3 cs de ce mélange au centre d’une feuille de brick. Fermer de chaque côté de telle sorte à constituer une petite pochette. Procéder de la même manière avec les autres feuilles.
- Faire revenir les pochettes dans une poêle avec une noisette de beurre 3 minutes de chaque côté à feu moyen ou mettre au four à 180°C pendant 7 minutes.
- Servir aussitôt avec une salade agrémentée de petites graines de sésame, lin et tournesol.
