Ma version des spaghetti au saumon…

Voici un plat de pâtes que je fais depuis des années…et dont je ne me lasse pas. Je sais d’ailleurs que 2-3 cops seront ravies d’avoir enfin la recette ! Il s’agit d’une sauce crémeuse au saumon fumé agrémentée de poireau fondant… Une recette toute bête et vraiment rapide qu’il est bon de connaître !

Recette pour 3 personnes (ou 2 avec un reste)

Ingrédients

  • 350g de spaghetti ou autres pâtes
  • 1 beau poireau
  • 1cs d’huile d’olive
  • 2dl de bouillon de légumes
  • 125ml de demi-crème
  • le zeste d’un demi citron bio
  • 4cs de jus de citron
  • sel, poivre
  • env. 120g de saumon fumé labellisé msc* ou élevage biologique

Marche à suivre

  1. Préparer le poireau : couper les racines au ras du blanc, puis couper en ôtant la moitié supérieure du vert. Bien le nettoyer (en l’ouvrant en deux avec un couteau fin sans descendre jusqu’à la base) puis émincer-le assez finement.
  2. Couper le saumon en lanières, réserver.
  3. Cuire les pâtes al-dente.
  4. Faire revenir à feu moyen le poireau 10min dans une poêle anti-adhésive dans l’huile d’olive.
  5. Puis, mouiller avec le bouillon et continuer la cuisson. Au bout de 10min env. qand le bouillon a réduit de 2/3 ajouter le zeste de citron, le jus, la crème, saler, bien poivrer et laisser porter à ébullition (env. 2min).
  6. Ajouter le saumon, mélanger et mettre aussitôt hors du feu.
  7. Servi les pâtes dans une assiette creuse préchauffée, napper généreusement de sauce et servir aussitôt.
