Voilà un vieux classique de notre enfance, un gratin à la croisée entre la moussaka grecque et les lasagnes italiennes…que je refais chaque année, car il est simple, sans prétention, mais fondant….et tellement goûteux. Lil, tu ne me contrediras pas, hein ?!
Recette pour 2-3 personnes
Ingrédients
- 1oignon frais haché grossièrement
- 2 gousses d’ail hachées grossièrement
- 2 carottes coupées en petits dés
- 500g de bonne viande hachée de bœuf
- 1-2 tiges de romarin
- 1dl de bouillon de légumes
- 1 aubergine coupée en fines tranches (5-7mm) dans la longueur
- 1 courgette coupée en fines tranches dans la longueur
- 2-3 tomates coupées en fines tranches
- 1cc de ras al-hanout*, sel, poivre
- un peu de gruyère râpé ou de mozzarella en dés
Marche à suivre
- Faire revenir la viande à feu vif dans une poêle 2-3min, réserver.
- Dans la même poêle faire revenir oignons, dés de carottes, ail 3-4min.
- Ajouter la viande, le romarin et le bouillon de légumes et laisser mijoter encore 3min. Enlever le romarin, ajouter le ras al-hanout. Salez si besoin est.
- Dans un plat à gratin, répartir la moitié de la viande, puis disposer les tranches d’aubergine en une seule couche. Saler légèrement, poivrer. Mettre le reste de viande, puis disposer les courgettes et terminer par les tomates. Saler légèrement, poivrer, répartir le fromage équitablement sur le tout.
- Enfourner dans un four préchauffé à 220° au milieu du four une trentaine de minutes.
Idéal servi avec une simple salade verte. Pour un repas plus complet, servir avec du couscous ou du riz. Ne pas hésiter alors à mettre un peu de bouillon en plus, voir de crème pour avoir de la sauce à mettre sur les céréales…
* Le ras al -hanout est une mélange d’épices fréquemment utilisé dans la cuisine maghrébine. On le trouve dans des épiceries fines ou magasins maghrébins. Vous pouvez le remplacer par un mélange fait par vos soins, avec p.ex curcuma, cannelle, cardamome, gingembre, noix de muscade…
