Ingrédients

  • 1 kg de cerises équeutées (personnellement je ne les dénoyaute pas pour qu’elles restent croquantes)
  • 2 cs de farine (j’ai opté pour un mélange de farine riz / châtaignes sans gluten)
  • 2 cs de sucre vanillé
  • 3 oeufs
  • 3 dl de lait

Marche à suivre
