Le Bistrot, tout simplement… Voilà comment se nomme ce nouveau café-restaurant ouvert par des vieilles connaissances souhaitant, après plusieurs années passées à l’étranger, réaliser un vieux rêve: celui de tenir un petit resto où les produits locaux seraient rois! Bien leur en a pris car nous avons été totalement conquis!

Le concept

Repris il y a 3 mois par Serge et ses acolytes, le Bistrot a de l’avenir devant soi! Situé au coeur de Cully, charmant petit bourg vigneron au bord du lac Léman, l’endroit est idéal pour un repas en tête à tête ou un apéro entre amis autour de planchettes. Ici, on ne sert que des produits de qualité dans une ambiance de bistrot ancien revisité. Les murs sont rouges foncés, les lampes noires et les meubles typiques des cafés de village. Un mélange qui colle parfaitement aux ambitions de l’établissement: tradition et originalité.

La carte

La petite équipe du Bistrot propose une petite carte qui garantit ainsi la fraîcheur des produits. Les mets sont des classiques présentés de manière recherchée et avec beaucoup de finesse dans une vaisselle blanc cassé aux formes épurées, avec une préférence pour les produits locaux et saisonniers. La spécialité de la maison est le tartare de boeuf hâché au couteau servi avec du mesclun. Personnellement, je me suis laissé tenter par une soupe de courgettes, crème de gruyère et huile d’olives en entrée, puis par l’entrecôte rassie sur os, tendre à souhait, servie avec des légumes primeurs et des frites maisons à l’ancienne. Enfin pour le dessert, j’ai été séduite par le crémeux au chocolat et sa boule de glace vanille artisanale servi avec une petite fiole remplie de crème anglaise… En deux mots: je suis repartie totalement séduite… et repue!
