Voilà une recette qui sent bon les vendanges… Rapide et facile à réaliser, elle me vient d’une amie de la famille vivant dans le Var. Je l’avais dégustée il y a une dizaine d’années chez elle, depuis je la fais chaque automne… Essayez, vous serez conquis!

Recette pour 2 personnes

Ingrédients

  • 1 magret de canard
  • 1 petite grappe de raisin UVA (ou autre raisin à gros grains)
  • 2 cs de miel
  • fleur de sel

Marche à suivre

  1. Faire rôtir dans une tagine ou une poêle à fond épais le magret, 8 minutes côté graisse et 4 de l’autre côté.
  2. En fin de cuisson, ajouter les grains de raisin. Veiller à ce qu’ils n’éclatent pas. Badigeonner le magret de miel et verser un peu de jus de cuisson dessus. Eteindre le feu et laisser reposer 2 minutes.
  3. Découper le magret en tranches. Oter le gras si vous ne souhaitez pas le manger.
  4. Servir le canard, le raisin et le jus de cuisson avec un riz basmati au gingembre.
