Flan à la courgette, sauce basilic

Voici une recette* que j’ai réalisée en fin d’été pendant la grande période des courgettes… Elle n’est plus vraiment d’actualité mais je vous la transmets de sorte que vous puissiez la réaliser dès le retour des beaux jours! Sympa et originale!

Recette pour 2 personnes

Ingrédients

  • 200 g de courgettes en morceaux
  • 2 dl d’eau bouillante salée
  • 1 dl de 1/2 crème
  • 3 oeufs
  • 2 cs de parmesan râpé
  • 40 g de tomates séchées à l’huile égouttées et coupées en lamelles
  • 1/2 cc de sel
  • 1/2 bouquet de basilic
  • 1 dl de crème fraïche
  • sel et poivre
  • 1 cs de pignons de pin grillés

Marche à suivre

  1. Faire cuire les courgettes 10 min dans l’eau salée, les égoutter et les mixer avec la crème. Ajouter oeufs, fromage et tomates. Remuer, assaisonner et répartir le tout dans un moule à kougloff ou 4 ramequins graissés.
  2. Couvrir le(s) moule(s) avec du papier d’alu et les placer sur un linge dans un plat à gratin. Verser de l’eau bouillante jusqu’au 2/3. Faire cuire environ 35 min. au milieu du four préchauffé à 180°C.
  3. Pendant ce temps, ciseler le basicilic, le mélanger avec la crème fraîche et assaisonner.
  4. Sortir le(s) ramequin(s) et les laisser refroidir. Démouler le(s) flan(s) sur des assiettes, servir avec la sauce et garnir de pignons et de basilic.
